Come back and explain your expressing behaviour! :D
My questions:
a. why would you freeze instead of refrigerate it? For greater freshness?
b. how do you unfreeze it later on?
c. when you're at work, what does the baby drink? And does he/she get a double dose at night, since there is the Pantry Express and the Freshest Express?
d. why is it called "express" anyway?

let me laugh first. HAHAHAHAHAHA.
you are so cute lar...you can actually google about it! but easier just to ask me right? hehe
my answer:
a. usually i'll refrigerate it but if i plan to give to my baby one day later, i'll usually freeze it to prevent from bacteria.
b. soak it in hot water.
c. sure must drink mah. the night b4, express some milk. b4 going to the office, breastfeed. in between that, she'll get the milk i expressed at night. in the office express some, lunch time, go home to breastfeed, in between that, she'll get the milk i expressed in the office. can imagine? or, the baby will drink formula milk while waiting for mommy's milk.
d. why is it called "express"? hmmm...most mother use the same term. coz it comes our from me? we actually use our hands to press out the milk! some mother uses pump but that hurts my nipple bad! hehe

a. how do you know when you're outta milk? squeeze but no more (makes sense right?)?
b. Are there times when you leave a half-tank cos ure in a rush or for whatever other reasons?

a. squeeze, no milk. usually it will come back after an hour or two. must drink lotsa liquid to replenish it.
b. what do you mean by half a tank? express half way and stop? ya, thats often happen when i express in the office.
i do write something about breastfeeding in my blog. inspired by your questions! hehe

i also dunno how it tasted like. hubby said it is tasteless, but got a bit sweet and bitter! salty??? never heard of it. maybe ah, the saltiness comes from the mommy's sweat!
